The information you provide will be used for the purposes of assessing your application and retained on our systems. Where you are disclosing information about a joint applicant and/or anyone else, you confirm that you are entitled to do so. If you do not qualify for the loan applied for, or we believe that another product may be more suitable for you, we may pass your details to other companies within the group or to companies approved by us who may offer alternative loan products. We will search your credit record and, if applicable, your joint applicant's at one or more licensed credit reference agencies. They will add details of our search to your credit record and if joint, an association will therefore be created at the credit reference agencies, which will link your financial records and these will be taken into account in all future applications by either or both of you. Additionally, records relating to any partner may already be financially linked to you and if so, will be assessed as part of the application. We will also check your details with fraud prevention agencies and if you give us false information, and we suspect fraud, we will record this with them. The records of Credit Reference Agencies and Fraud Prevention Agencies may be seen by other organisations, which make searches in the future. These records may be used by them and us to help make decisions about credit and insurance facilities, for you and members of your household, to trace debtors, prevent fraud and money laundering and manage your accounts. We may contact third parties, for example your employer or bank, to verify the applications details you provide.

Secured loans are secured on property. Written details are available on request. All loans are subject to status.
In some very difficult cases (e.g. serious arrears, no proof of income, multiple CCJ's, sub-standard security property, etc.) we can still help, but a fee (maximum 10%) may be charged on completion. No loan - No fee!
YOUR HOME IS AT RISK IF YOU DO NOT KEEP UP REPAYMENTS ON A MORTGAGE OR OTHER LOAN SECURED ON IT
